About Us

    Hi, my name is Matt Griffin and I have been in business since 2003. Here is a little background about me: I grew up around home building since I was born, my dad owned a residential home building company that was started in the mid 70's. I was soon the the little shadow that followed my father everywhere, I enjoyed going too the job sights and watching everything that went on. By the age of five I was a little helper looking up too my dad, with tools in hand I began what would become a enjoyable life long career. Spending time in the summers during high school with my uncle and cousin helping build custom homes and cabinets. After high school, in 1994, I started working with a locally owned Lawrence Ks. siding company installing windows and doors. In 2000, I decided too move on too a more stable career working third shift in a factory, as much as i liked working there i couldn't seem too give up what I loved doing the most. In 2003 I started this company, Griffin's Home Improvements, working third shift from midnight too 8:30 am and then from there I would go too work during the daytime for myself. I did this for six long years but wouldn't go back too change anything, I was tired allot but it made me what I am today.

    I am in business too make people happy, not too make millions, just too make a living. My wife and I have four kids together so making everyone happy is something that comes natural too us.
